Software Engineer (AI, Full Stack)
You'd own the create flow, feeds, remixing, chat, and the backend and infra behind them, end to end. Frontend one day, LLM/diffusion pipelines and GPU infra the next. Small team, shipping every day.
You should have shipped real products, and be able to move fast across the whole stack without waiting for anyone.
Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, Convex, diffusion models, low-latency LLMs.
Machine Learning Engineer
The models are the product: what people can make is what they'll play with. You'd own them end to end across a GPU fleet serving millions of images a month, from how fast they feel to how good and surprising the results are.
New models come out constantly; you'd evaluate them fast, ship the ones that make creating more fun, and find the ones that unlock things people couldn't make before.
Stack: Python, PyTorch, diffusion models, low-latency LLMs, AWS GPU infra, inference optimization.
Designer
Creation should feel like play, not a form.
You'd design the core create flows and ship them in code with the engineers. Experiments decide: cut what doesn't move the numbers, double down on what does.
You should ship in code, live in the data, and feel what users feel: where they get stuck, what makes them come back. Iterate in hours, not weeks.
Tools: Figma, React/CSS, PostHog.
Operations
You'd sit next to the founders and make the whole company move faster. Monday it's a growth experiment, Wednesday a creator deal, Friday you're fixing how we hire.
You'd hunt for growth wherever it lives, across channels, partnerships, and experiments, and build the systems that turn what works into a machine.
You should be a hustler in the best sense: relentless, resourceful, allergic to "someone should."
